High -quality velor fabric - thick and fleshy, with an extremely elegant appearance. It differs from smooth, uniform welvets visible, but imperceptible, structure. A very pleasant to the touch surface is covered with a delicate nap and has a slight shine. The fleece is gently shaded, which gives an interesting visual effect. Thanks to it, the upholstery takes on an original character. The material, made of artificial fibers, is very resistant to abrasion and peeling, which provides furniture with impeccable state for a long time (Martindale test: 105,000, 370 g/m², composition: 100% polyester). The Oeko-Tex ® Standard 100 certificate confirms that the fabric is free of harmful substances and safe for people.
Cleaning tips:
Clean furniture with upholstery every week or two. You will comb them very gently and in one direction with a soft brush or sponge. In this way you will remove dust and impurities, not allowing them to penetrate deeper. Brushing raises the fleece and prevents the effect of "sowing", i.e. wiping hair in places where we sit or rely most often. 1-2 times a year, upholstery from the welvet properly refresh. Carefully wipe the entire wet fabric with a neutral cleaner solution, e.g. water fluid with water. Then wipe again, but with a clean, damp sponge or cloth to remove the detergent from the surface. Leave to dry naturally. You can also reach for special machine washing agents in the form of foam, shampoo or spray. Then proceed according to the manufacturer's recommendations of such a preparation. In case of staining or flooding, gently drain the liquid with a dry cloth or paper towel. To remove dirt from mud, ketchup, mayonnaise, yogurt or lipstick, gently, gather the residue of the substance. For cleaning the sofa, use delicate neutral detergents, such as dishwashing liquid or gray soap, mixed with lukewarm water in the proportions: a teaspoon of liquid for two glasses of water. Strong preparations and bleaches can destroy the upholstery. To avoid this, make a test of the preparation on an invisible part of the furniture and wait a quarter of an hour. Before you start cleaning wet, gently vacuum the material to get rid of surface impurities so that they do not stick deep into the material. Clean the dirty surface slowly and carefully with circular motions, from the outside the stains inside, trying to remove dirt from the hair. Avoid energetic and strong rubbing so as not to violate the underlying rune structure. If necessary, repeat these activities, expanding the cleaned area around the stained place. Apply thin layers of the solution and remove the excess immediately. If too much cleaner soaks into the upholstery, it can become stiff. Wipe the cleaned place thoroughly with a clean damp cloth, which will remove the cleaning agent and prevent the stains. Do not try to remove stains, especially organic, hot water because they can consolidate. After removing the dirt, leave the fabric to dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a hair dryer or use another direct heat source. At this time, do not sit on the sofa, because the upholstery can be distorted.

Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the carrying service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – either of the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Carrying of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such a case, the driver is obliged to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery date
The estimated order fulfillment time is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.
Do I need to have an account on Eye on Design to place an order?

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
