Fabric
Soft, luxurious velvet fabric with a delicate gloss. The perfect choice for elegant furniture designs. This fabric is characterized by very good abrasion resistance, which significantly extends its service life. The fabric is extremely soft and silky to the touch. The fabric can be cleaned with water and ironed at low temperature. Chemical cleaning is also allowed.

To keep the furniture in perfect condition, we recommend wiping it regularly with a clean, dry cloth, being careful not to damage or tear the cover. We do not recommend the use of abrasive materials (bleaches, ammonia, etc.) that can damage the coating.
Stains from solid/dry liquids or fat stains should be removed immediately, gently rubbing the surface with a white cloth moistened with warm water or soap mixed with water.
To remove larger stains, e.g. ink stains, we recommend using a special preparation sold in specialized furniture centers.
We advise you to never use a direct heat source for drying, such as a hair dryer or an iron, or place the furniture too close to the radiator, as this may cause damage to the fabric cover.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.
