Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.
Delivery Date
The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

Which products are eligible for returns?
All products that are not made to order and are personalized. Returned products must be unused and undamaged.
What is the Eye on Design loyalty program about?
By joining the Loyalty Program, customers will receive 1 point for every zloty spent. Collected points can be exchanged for discount coupons for future orders. Discount coupons cannot exceed 10% of the value of the next order.
Example:
Accumulated 1000 points can be exchanged for a discount voucher of 100 PLN for your next purchase of at least 1000 PLN.
What can you earn points for in the loyalty program?
You can earn points in our loyalty program for: purchases in our store, registering an account, liking and following the Eye on Design account on social media. You can also receive points as a birthday gift.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
We will process the refund using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another solution.
Returns do not include personalized custom products.

ASTRA 6 ceiling lamp black with gold
Description
Ceiling lamp Astra 6 is a design inspired by the glow and mysterious character of star constellations. Designed for interiors with relatively low ceilings or where a compact fixture form is essential – it stands just 18 cm tall, making it an excellent solution for apartments in tenement houses, modern flats, or low commercial spaces.
Six glass, spherical shades with a diameter of 12 cm are mounted at the ends of three metal arms arranged asymmetrically. The milky white glass diffuses light, creating a cozy and soft atmosphere. The lamp frame is coated with black paint, with details in brushed gold, adding a sophisticated, modern character to the fixture that perfectly complements the classic shape of the shades.
The combination of simple lines, noble colors, and glass spheres makes Astra 6 suitable for many arrangements – from retro and art deco styles to modern classic and minimalist interiors. Pair it with wall sconces or smaller ceiling lights from the same collection to create a cohesive and elegant lighting layout.
The shades of the lamps from the Astra collection are produced through the manual glassblowing process at a glassworks in Krosno. Glass produced using this technology features subtle irregularities, and sometimes small air bubbles, which testify to the artisanal nature of the lamps. For this reason, there may be slight differences in shape, thickness, or texture between individual shades of fixtures from the collection.
The set does not include a light bulb.
