Material: plush and luxurious velvet upholstery fabric with a delicate gloss. An excellent choice for elegant furniture designs. It has very good abrasion resistance, which significantly reduces the risk of damage. The material is extremely soft, silky to the touch. Due to the longer hair, the fabric can change during use. The fabric can be cleaned wet and ironed at low temperature. Chemical cleaning is also allowed.
It is recommended to clean the entire pouf with a soft brush. Avoid strong friction or sudden energetic movements. Do not use a vacuum cleaner.
The covers for the entire range are not removed. Their photo and washing in the washing machine takes place at their own risk of the client - this will not be the basis for initiating the complaint procedure.
Pouf upholstery, especially in bright colors, is exposed to dyeing by other fabrics, mainly by clothing, e.g. jeans. This is not an upholstery defect, but a defect in clothing fabric. The so -called flaking fabric is also caused by contact with foreign fibers (clothes or bedspreads).
Metal and wooden elements should not be exposed to long -term contact with water. If necessary, they should be wiped with a damp cloth, using neutral detergents (do not use bleaches, soap for hard surfaces or agents containing ammonia). All remains of cleaning agents should be wiped dry.
For cleaning wet or greasy stains, use tissue paper, followed by a damp, soft sponge, which will quickly absorb the stain. Then you can start removing stains using a neutral cleaning agent and water. Defined surfaces should be cleaned with delicate, circular movements from the outside to the inside, avoiding vigorous rubbing wet fibers. After removing the stain, the fabric should be left to dry at room temperature.
If necessary, repeat, expanding the area around the stained place to reduce the circular effect.
Before cleaning, we recommend testing the cleaning agent on the hidden part of the pouf to avoid damage to the fabric. To extend the life of the fabric, we recommend protecting the surface from pets.

Delivery
Deliveries of small packages made by courier companies such as DPD, FedEx, InPost, or UPS are made directly to the door of the house or apartment.
For bulky furniture, if the Client has not purchased the delivery service, the courier is not obliged to deliver the order to the first door – whether it be the house or the stairwell in an apartment building. Delivery of furniture is only carried out if the appropriate option is selected during the order process. In such cases, the driver is required to deliver the furniture to the location specified by the Client.
For large business orders, we organize individual transport fully tailored to the Client's needs.
The shipping cost includes the transportation of products and their insurance.

The estimated delivery time for your order is provided on each product page. Deliveries made by courier (DHL, DPD, FedEx, UPS) may take up to 48 hours. This time may vary depending on the selected country.

You can order samples here for the price of 139 zł (shipping cost: 40 zł, deposit 99 zł). When returning a sample, the deposit (99 zł) will be refunded; additionally, when purchasing furniture (and simultaneously returning the sample, we will refund the shipping cost of 40 zł). Please include in the order comments which product you would like us to match the sample to.
Samples for selected models are also available at the Eye on Design showroom in Warsaw.

What is the company's return policy?
Every customer (both individual and business) can return purchased (undamaged and unused) goods within 14 calendar days from the day on which the purchased item was received (delivery of the order).
To keep the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Then, after receiving confirmation of the return registration, you must deliver the unused and undamaged goods to the address we specified at your own expense within 14 calendar days.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all received payments excluding shipping costs, no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods and confirmed that there are no signs of damage or use.
